The Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act provides for the electronic transmission of blank (unvoted) ballots to Uniformed Service and Overseas voters. If you opted to receive your absentee ballot electronically for this election, you were provided with a username and password when your request was processed by the Elections Division of the Maine Secretary of State.
